FLAG STOP

In February 2011, a group of 8 artists (you guessed it, I'm one of them) from the South Bay had a vision: to create an art event that would be bringing contemporary art to locations were you'd not expect it, and to make it BIG.

So, on Labor Day Weekend, FLAG STOP debuted at South Bay Lexus, showcasing art inside Lexus' luxurious building, as well as in 50 PODS.

FLAG STOP showcased art by over 200 contemporary artists and curators, including exhibitions of curators like Howard Fox, Bill Moreno, Scott Canty and Lily Siegel.

FLAG STOP is a gift to the community, it is free to attend and all committee members have donated their time and efforts. All proceeds from FLAG STOP will be donated to the Switzer Learning Center in Torrance.
